The Siquijor Escapade, Day 4
Thursday
We were going home today. Karen went for a swim in the beach just for the sake of swimming.

Today, I also had the worst boat ride of my entire life. We took the Delta again, but this time we got the very first seats. Some semilucky ones got the 2nd row. It was really bad because in the 1st row there were no side windows and it stinked badly of fish. Also, I don’t think the aircondition reached us. I felt really sick and I just tried not to move or talk. When I went out of the boat, I felt a little better, but there were still traces of seasickness. I tried some white flower and after I got in the airconditioned, non-moving [yet], non-smelling car, I felt so much better. We stopped by Jollibee to have lunch. Most of us, including me, were really, really hungry. I finished my lunch quickly and ordered some more food to bring just in case we got hungry again while travelling. Someone thew up while we were travelling. In the evening, I went to Camingawan and had my dinner there. The famous Bacolod chicken inasal. Yum. Then Lorelie, Kamille, April and I watched the video we took of our Siquijor vacation. There were long scenes of red and white shorts. Wink. The part we were anxious to see was our journey to Cantabon cave. We thought we’d see something in the video, but we didn’t. Which is not such a bad thing. For some reason, we couldn’t see the faces of the tour guides. Maybe Francis did it on purpose so we wouldn’t have to look at their eyes when we watched the video. Maybe. [I asked Francis, by the way, and he said he wasn’t sure.] Kamille got a little scared because she asked us to drop her by her house. She didn’t want to trod the dark path all alone.
